Celebrities opening restaurants isn’t a new thing. Sandra Bullock recently opened Bess Bistro in Austin, Texas, and Jennifer Lopez owns Madre’s in Pasadena, California. So who’s the latest celeb to open up an eatery? Legendary rocker Carlos Santana.

But Santana’s not just opening one restaurant — he and his wife Deborah are planning on making Maria Maria (named after Santana’s hit song) a chain. By June of this year, diners near California’s Marin County will be able to enjoy Mexican cuisine at Maria Maria. According to KNBC in Los Angeles, the food and atmosphere at Maria Maria will be inspired by Santana’s music. Taking that into consideration, I’m going to assume that they’ll serve salsa, but what about the actual menu items? Here are some guesses:

Supernatural Nachos
Black Magic Enchiladas
Burrito Como Va
The Flan of Love
Oneness: Silver Dreams, Golden Empanadas
Cry Baby Cry Extra Spicy Tortilla Soup, or The Sensitive Kind (a mild version of the soup)

And I’m sure they’ll serve Tropical Spirits, which may or may not include the Samba Pa Tea … Okay, that’s enough.
